The Cicisbeo interprets the international spirit of Le Tende.
This bordeaux style red is a wine of great complexity and longevity made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes harvested at the end of October. In Spring, the wine is left to mature in second and third passage oak barrels for 12 months and aged for 4 months in the bottle.
The vineyards are located in a hilly area at Cavaion Veronese 220 mt. above sea level.
This zone at the foots of Monte Baldo Montain is characterized by a breezy climate, greater rainfall and higher temperature ranges which allow the optimal ripening of the grapes before harvesting.
The organic vineyard consist up of vines planted between 1975 and 2003 for a surface of about one hectare with an average production of 9000 kg/ha.
