The Bardolino Superiore Docg Classico Le Tende, made with the traditional Veronese grapes Corvina and Rondinella, is a warm red with hints of red fruit and spicy notes.
After racking, eighty percent of the wine is left to mature in cement tanks for a year and twenty percent in third passage barriques.
The vineyards are located on hilly land of morainic origin at Cavaion Veronese 220 m. above sea level in the heart of the Bardolino Classico zone.
The organic vineyards consist of vines planted in 1985 and 2000 for a surface of about 2 hectares with an average production of 9000 kg/ha.
