The Sabia Le Tende interprets the evolution of the Garganega grape. It comes from vineyards situated in sandy, heavily calcareus soils and when it matures, its golden skin becomes almost red; the long leaving on the yeats gives it the full structure and widsdom of mineral notes that blend with the elegant hint of white flowers and almonds.
The vineyards are located on land of morainic origin in a hilly area at Colà di Lazise named "Sabbionara" 120 mt. above sea level at five kilometers from the shore of Garda Lake.
The organic vineyard consist of vines planted between 1978 and 2003 for a surface of about one and a half hectares with an average production of 9000 kg/ha.
